More About Tanner

      Hey there! I’m Tanner! I am about to graduate from Texas Christian University with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Musical Theater. I was born and raised in Arlington, Texas, with an eagerness to explore the country further!
      I fell in love with performing at the age of 6 when I starred as "Jack" in Jack and Jill. My mom likes to tell me the story of how hard I cried when I was made aware that the show would eventually close and I wouldn’t be able to play Jack anymore. ​
     I have been performing ever since. I think about all the times I had a bad day, and how performing was an outlet to simultaneously leave my personal life at the door, and put those strong emotions into my work. I am privileged to be in a profession where I can create catharsis for myself, and my audience.

Fun Fact: I am an animal whisperer. Ever since I was young, I was a stray magnet on my way home from school. I had brought home 6 dogs to my family by chance because they would follow me all the way home! my parents would go scan their chip and return them home, except for one, who's owners didn't want her. That dog's new name is Missy and she has been loved by us ever since. :)
